Judy enjoyed gardening and music.
She is survived by her husband; two children, son, Phil Avery Jr. and his partner, Rachel Dubois and their unborn daughter, Lilli Lynn and Phil's daughters, Santanta Hesseltine and Kalen Avery; daughter, Sara Schmidt and her husband, Neil and their daughter, Avery of Oregon; siblings, Richard Tardiff and his wife, Pam VanWechel of Hawaii, Sandy Bell and her husband, Mike of Hermon, Debbie Wood and her husband, Fred of Orrington, William Tardiff and his wife, Dorothy of Holden, Kathy Twitchell and her husband, Gary of Greenbush; Leo DeRoche of Eddington, Linda Centanni and her husband, Joe of New Jersey, Dawn Sargent and Jeanette Vanidestine of Gorham; special sister-in-law, Carol Andrews and her husband, Mel of Oregon and mother-in-law, Pauline Kearney of Old Town; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her mother, Eleanor and stepfather, Leo DeRoche and her father, Raymond.
